7th Congressional District

Vice President and Treasurer of Phifer Inc., Mrs. Brooks is Co-Chairman of the company鈥檚 Board of Directors. A Tuscaloosa native, she has a long history of involvement in educational and social service organizations. She is actively involved with the UA Crimson Racket Club. She is a past board member of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, the Mental Health Association, Friends of Bryce, the Good Samaritan Clinic, the United Way of West Alabama, and Tuscaloosa Academy. She is a past chair of the Mother鈥檚 March of Dimes for Tuscaloosa County.

Mrs. Brooks is a 1972 graduate of The University of Alabama, where she earned her degree in Social Work.
